Over 30 years of experience in operations, management and leadership.  A former member of the Senior Executive Service and retired U.S. Army Colonel, Mr. Rabon possesses extensive knowledge of the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, government agencies, academia, industry and the international community. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University in the Center for Peace and Security Studies.

Retired U.S. Army Officer with over 25 years of progressive management and leadership experience in military, non-profit, and private sector organizations where he gained expertise in operations, strategic planning, logistics, security, training, and recruiting.

Retired Army Colonel with over 28 years experience as an Infantry and Special Forces Officer including elite leadership and management positions such as the Commander, Special Operations Command, Atlantic Command and Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.

Retired Marine Command Sergeant Major with outstanding 25 year record in diverse and challenging management and leadership positions in large, high performing organizations.
